Sample Certificates of Insurance

Throughout the Clark County School District, insurance certificates are being received for leases, facility rentals, construction, purchasing, various contracts, etc.  (CCSD Facility Use by Non-school Groups - Regulation 3613)

Learning to read a certificate can be a challenge, but most are issued in a fairly standardized format.  Should the policy expiration date fall within the contract period, a renewal certificate must also be submitted.

The basic liability certificate and expanded liability certificate will assist you in reading these certificates.
